BEDA #6

Before I die I want to travel to every continent except Antarctica :) I'm off to a good start, two down, four to go!

In the USA, the states I've been to (including states I've had flight layovers in, which I know is kind of cheating but I don't care) are: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois, Georgia, and New York! I've also been to British Columbia in Canada :)

I've been to Europe twice, once in 2004 and once in 2009. During those trips I've been to Russia, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Switzerland, and France. There's a few more countries I'd like to visit in Europe, and if I spend too long away from Germany I might die.

In Asia, I'd like to visit Japan, South Korea, and Hong Kong, perhaps Singapore. If I had to choose one, I'd pick Japan, just for the sake of gorging myself on sushi. Man, I love sushi.

I think anywhere in South America would be awesome, but if I had to pick one country I'd love to go to Brazil! I used to watch the Travel Channel every afternoon and Anthony Bourdain has inspired me! I think Brazilian food looks totally delicious.

Just a side note, my biggest motivation to travel is to try new, delicious foods! So that's why I don't want to go to Antarctica. No good restaurants, big surprise. If I'm being honest, I don't know much about Africa, but I think I would like to visit the country of South Africa. It seems pretty cool. Hopefully the food is good haha.

And then there's Australia which is a big island. It's probably awesome, but I'll let you know for sure once I go there :)
